Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Bullseye Sports & Training ("we", "us", "our") for any service — including school extracurricular programs, OSHC incursions, vacation care sports days or sports carnival equipment hire — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Services

We provide sports coaching programs, incursion services and equipment hire for primary schools and OSHC providers in Queensland, Australia. All programs are delivered by Blue Card-certified, First Aid-trained coaches. Program details, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed in writing by Bullseye Sports & Training.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.
Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unsafe weather conditions, insufficient participant numbers or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.

5. Safety and Supervision

Our coaches hold current Blue Cards (Working with Children Check — Queensland), First Aid and CPR certifications, and public liability insurance. The client (school or OSHC provider) is responsible for ensuring adequate adult supervision ratios are maintained in accordance with their own duty-of-care obligations during all sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullseye Sports & Training's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and program materials — is the property of Bullseye Sports & Training and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
